Marxists/Socialists/Communists for Obama & Freedom Lost

calls for revolution against the U.S. "oppressive" regime.

Dem Convention protests -- will be behind fence... sounds so "Iron Curtain-like" to me. This, from the party that lives to protest things. Cindy Shehan where are you?

Does anyone really care about Obama's record? Probably not. But here's some of his work in Chicago anyway:

Grim proving ground for Obama's housing policy
same old politicain stuff from someone who claims to be different and offer change. If he runs the country like he ran this housing project, pray for mercy.

It's just so cool to support him, isn't it?

Volcanic eruptions reshape Arctic ocean floor

Volcanic eruptions reshape Arctic ocean floor
They purposely left out that this might contribute to the melting of all the ice (ya think?). Pehaps they believe man is at fault for these eruptions.

With four justices dissenting to keep the amendment, the SECOND AMENDMENT LIVES
Liberals might think that conservatives are happy, but put it this way: It just barely survived. Think of what would happen should there be an ObamaNation! The White House, Capitol Hill AND the Supreme Court would all be liberal and we would surely lose our freedoms and quickly. Who can really say they've lost a life of privacy under Bush? That is nothing compared to what we're in for should McCain lose. This case, as far as the liberals were concerned on the court, the four liberal justices -- Ginsburg, Souter, Breyer, Stevens -- wasn't about the DC ban. This case wasn't about Mr. Heller. When you look at some of Breyer's dissent and when you read some of what John Paul Stevens wrote in his dissent, what you learn is that the liberals on this court sought to amend the Constitution. They weren't pronouncing the constitutionality of a law. They looked at this as an opportunity to literally amend the Constitution from the bench, which is not permitted by the US Constitution. The Supreme Court has taken on the role, Marbury vs. Madison, of determining whether or not laws passed by Congress are constitutional. But to sit there and to take the occasion of this case -- DC vs. Heller, Heller vs. DC -- and use it as an opportunity to declare the Second Amendment, i.e., part of the Constitution as unconstitutional! Folks, if that doesn't tell you what their intentions are down the road, I can't think of anything else that I could use as an illustration to do it better. Obama flip-flopped on this issue too (by the way). John Paul Stevens in his dissent on the DC gun ban bill today wrote that the majority, meaning Scalia and the gang, "would have us believe that over 200 years ago, the framers made a choice to limit the tools available to elected officials wishing to regulate civilian uses of weapons." You mean like the limits they put on government Search and Seizure? Will that be the next amendment to try to eliminate? Folks, that is scary. The Bill of Rights limited government, for crying out loud.
Justice Scalia wrote the majority opinion.

Legislating From The Bench

In another display of power grabbing, the liberal side of the bench has shown more hypocrisy towards the american people by telling the world that destroying a childs life is less important than preserving the pedophiles that ruined it.
Supreme Court rejects death penalty for raping children...
This from the party that runs against conservatives by saying that unless we vote for them, our children will starve and be poisoned by the Republicans (the party that is trying to protect them from being killed in what is supposed to be the safest, holiest place for them to dwell-the womb).
Now pedophiles can be free to commit their life-ravaging crimes with out fear of death. Wow.

Leery of road rage? Beware of bumper stickers'The more markers a car has, the more aggressively the person tends to drive when provoked'

Obama advisers say bin Laden can appeal to U.S. courts
were he captured and imprisoned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A Sept 10th mindset to say the least.
Former CIA director James Woolsey said Obama has "an extremely dangerous and extremely naive approach toward terrorism ... and toward dealing with prisoners captured overseas who have been engaged in terrorist attacks against the United States."

Corruption, Flip-flops and Drugs

Sens. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) and Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) received special VIP discounts on Countrywide mortgages. Knowingly or receiving preferential treatment while millions of hardworking Americans struggle to repay their mortgage debts and cope with $4-a-gallon gasoline and soaring food prices requires a Congressional witch-hunt. Although an inquiry would be top news and ready to go today, these men are Democrats so nothing will come of it.

Liberals are five times more likely than conservatives to use marijuana and cocaine.
“A study published in the American Journal of Drug and Alcohol Abuse found that among heavy drug users, the ratio of Democrats to Republicans was more than 8 to 1.”

What's next -- an ice age?

The absence of sunspots has left some scientists scratching their heads about what could be next.

Extremely low sunspot activity and extended periods of no sunspot activity have some scientists wondering how this could affect the weather on Earth. Noted environmentalist and author Lawrence Solomon says there is a vast historical record dating back hundreds of years that could provide some insight to this phenomenon. "There has been a coincidence over the centuries of an absence of sunspots correlating with very cold temperatures, and a presence of sunspots corresponding to warm periods," he explains. Solomon notes that over 1,000 years ago during the medieval warm period there was increased sunspot activity, and then that activity slowed down as Earth entered the Little Ice Age of the late 1700s to mid-1800s. He also says that, during the last century, the sun had increased sunspot activity, which correlated with a period of warming. "After the current warming that we had in the 1900s, the sunspots have diminished. And that's one reason that scientists think that we may be entering a little ice age. There are other reasons as well," Solomon contends. Those other reasons are that in the last decade temperatures have leveled off, and Solomon says in the last year they dropped. He says temperatures have dropped by more than a half a degree centigrade, which is equivalent to more than a century's worth of warming.

Obama Aide Quits Under Fire for His Business Ties.

Illegal Health Care Costs

Religious Discrimination

Biblical message now criminalizedPenalties created for those who criticize homosexuality outside church walls
This, along with the other Colorado law making restrooms and lockerrooms "gender-neutral" are further evidence of the normalization of insanity in our country.

Jesus said, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and
of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"

Matthew 28:19

This is our duty and commandment as Christians. To be restricted from doing this infringes on our Constitutional Rights.

Further Insanity that guarntees more US soldier deaths and a deterioration of our ability to defend ourselves:

US Escapes Slow Death One More Time

Dems yank global warming bill

A bill that took the Senate 10 hours to read on the floor and would have instantly turned us into France, even as France is trying to make conservative reforms, has been stalled at least for now.The minimum effect was an additional tax on gas of 53 cents per gallon!! The trickle-down of that would have been disastrous.

UPDATE: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is trying to make political hay out of the issue, saying that "Bush-McCain Republicans" blocked the global warming bill. But McCain issued a statement read on the Senate floor that he would have supported the procedural motion had he been present.

Priest investigated for quoting Bible

Individual Jews, Muslims, Catholics and other Christians who, for reasons of conscience, hold to their faith's traditional teaching concerning marriage, could very well be guilty of promoting hate in Canada. The same is true of any faith community in Canada that does not embrace this modern redefinition of one of the world's oldest institutions – a redefinition that even the highly secularist France rejects.
What passes for mainstream Catholic discussion in America is now the basis for a hate complaint in Canada.

Other gay moments:
Supremes asked to stop 'gay' indoctrination Parents say stealth lessons undermine Christian faith

Yet more religious discrimination and intolerance:
Yale president compares pro-lifers to 'Saudi extremists' Blasts religious Americans who support restrictions on international family-planning aid
