Gore Compromised When National Security Is Concerned

oh, and........Algore made over 75 illegal phone calls to solicit contributions to the DNC from federal property yet Janet Reno refuses to investigate it further. Janet Reno launched another investigation of these phone calls. Note: soliciting campaign donations from federal property is illegal in America. Why does Algore get away with breaking the law?

On July 20, 1993, Vince Foster was discovered shot to death in a Virginia Park, just as the Clintons' Whitewater and Travelgate scandals had begun to heat up. Five federal investigations declared the death a suicide but never addressed substantial and compelling evidence contradicting that verdict.
Soon after such mysterious circumstances, his office was cleared out. Along with his office went the Whitewater billing records and several key pieces of evidence. Evidence suggests that Clinton associate Bernard Nussbaum purposely delayed access to the office to investigators. Not to mention the mysterious suicide in which there is some hint that evidence was tampered with. Witnesses have testified they saw Clinton aides clearing the supposedly sealed office.
Years after they had disappeared from Vince fosters office, subpoenaed Whitewater billing records appeared in the White House. In January of 1996 an aide stumbled across them sitting on a table in the White House. They couldn't have been sitting their all these years unnoticed. Hillary's finger prints were on them.

just remembered that Bush wasn't so bad as Clinton............

Judicial Watch, a public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, filed a formal request with the U.S. Department of Justice, calling for a criminal investigation into the reported activities of Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., and her brother, Anthony D. Rodham; former President Clinton, and Vonna Jo Gregory, former owner of the carnival company United Shows International.

Recently released court documents provided new details concerning a scheme involving Anthony Rodham, who allegedly received $107,000 in fraudulent loans from United Shows International as compensation for securing a presidential pardon for Gregory in 2000 from then-President Clinton.

On and on it goes..................

How do You Know if the Economy is Healthy?

I would like to see an index created to measure the true strength of the economy. It would work like this;

All economic articles appearing in the NYT are judged to report either positive economic news or negative economic news. Then, the page the article apears on is given a valu, with the front page equal to 1, next page 2, and so forth.

A positive article on the 4th page in is worth +4, a negative article on page one is worth -1. If these were the only two articles to appear in a given week, the economy would score a +3.

The further back positive economic news is, the more likely it is "true"., the further foward a negative article is, the more likely it is a "false" reading of the true status of the economy.

Call it the NYT economic lie index enumerator statisti, or NYTELIES

Americans Optimistic for 2007
And so it goes for most Americans. An AP-AOL News Poll finds that while most Americans said 2006 was a bad year for the country, three-fourths thought it had been a good one for them and their families.
Now, if three fourths of Americans think 2006 was a good year for them, why would they think it wasn't for the rest of the country? Can you spell MEDIA?

"...perhaps the most glaring omission in the Iraqi Study Group’s report was their failure to identify the vitriolic propaganda campaign of the anti-war Progressive-Left as part of the problem."

Where the Iraq
Study Group starts to stray is in their assertion that the
Israeli-Palestinian issue is somehow related to the power
struggle currently taking place in Iraq. Unless I am ignorant to
the existence of a Jewish contingent in the newly formed Iraqi
government, introducing this conflict into the equation simply
complicates the matter. It creates opportunities for the less
than reputable insurgent factions to blame their continued acts
of violence on something that isn’t part of the immediate
problem.
The current difficulty in Iraq stems not from the
Israeli-Palestinian conflict
<http://www.newmedia journal.us/ staff/nsalvato/ 06162006. htm> but
from two existing clashes: the centuries old battle between the
Shi’ites and the Sunnis
<http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ Historical_ Shi%27a-Sunni_ relations>
and the more recent radical Islamists’ struggle against the
West, namely the United States.

O Little Town of Bethlehem - how arafat got rid of the Christians

A Point of view I read from a group I belong to:

The real purpose behind the Flying Imam publicity blitz As I have pointed out many times now, the main purpose of the USAirways Imam Rage incident is to help push through legislation to outlaw religious profiling in airports, so that no matter how suspiciously a Muslim is behaving, officials will be able to do nothing. Now Katherine Kersten, who is doing marvelous work on this case for the Star-Tribune, has more on this as the goal of the whole incident. None other than the slick Mahdi Bray tells the Iranian Qur'an News Agency that Muslims want "new, broad-sweeping legislation that will extract even larger financial and civil penalties for any airline that participates in racial and religious profiling."

Interesting

Yesterday I spoke with a passenger on that flight, who asked that she be only identified as “Pauline.” A copy of airport police report, which I also obtained, supports Pauline’s account - and includes shocking revelations of its own. In addition, U.S. Airways spokeswoman Andrea Rader also confirmed much of what Pauline revealed…..

The passenger, who asked that she only be identified as “Pauline,” said she is afraid to give her full name or hometown. She is spending the night at “another location” because she does not feel safe at home. She credits reports that one imam is apparently linked to Hamas. “It is scary because these men could be dangerous.”

Pauline said she never wanted media attention. She wrote an email to U.S. Airways and cc:ed her daughter, who unexpectedly emailed it to her friends. As the letter took on an internet life of its own, it made its way to the inbox of a retired CNN executive producer. Then, to her dismay, the feeding frenzy began.

Pauline revealed to Pajamas Media that the six imams were doing things far more suspicious than praying - an Arabic-speaking passenger heard them repeatedly invoke “bin Laden,” and “terrorism,” a gate attendant told the captain that she did not want to fly with them, and that bomb-sniffing dogs were brought aboard. Other Muslim passengers were left undisturbed and later joined in a round of applause for the U.S. Airways crew. “It wasn’t that they were Muslim. It was all of the suspicious things they did,” Pauline said.

Scientists surprised about comet's ingredients...

Surprised? Scientists are "surprised" far too often to place so much faith in them.

There is no room in this country
for hyphenated Americanism.
The one absolutely certain way of
bringing this nation to ruin,
of preventing all possibility of its
continuing to be a nation at all,
would be to permit it to become a tangle
of squabbling nationalities.
