OBAMANATION

Stocks take worst plunge in Auguration Day history

AP Describes Black Minister's Mockery of Whites as Not Right As 'Note of Racial Caution'

The Associated Press noticed liberal Rev. Joseph Lowery's prayer raised eyebrows when he prayed for that day in the hazy future when "white will embrace what is right." That divisive note drew this headline:"Lowery gives sole inaugural note of racial caution." The entire dispatch was brief:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Amid the outpouring of inaugural joy over the racial progress represented by President Barack Obama, there was a single, humorous mention of work still to be done.

After the first black president had been sworn in, Rev. Joseph Lowery' ended his benediction with a rhyme familiar to black churchgoers:

"We ask you to help us work for that day when black will not be asked to get in back, when brown can stick around..."

There was laughter from the enormous crowd. The 87-year-old civil rights pioneer continued:

"When yellow will be mellow, when the red man can get ahead, man; and when white will embrace what is right. That all those who do justice and love mercy say Amen."

The crowd thundered, "Amen!"

And then there's all the insane reaction from the pundits that have finnally come out of the closet as biased after all.  Too many to inumerate let alone link.  I don't know why the lib's are all so surprised a black man is president.

Obamanation

On November 5th, KHQA CBS TV in Illinois (I think it's Quincy) the reporterette Carol Sauers, reportedly the day after the election, November 5th, quote:  "Now that Barack Obama will be moving to the White House, his seat in the US Senate representing Illinois will have to be filled.  That's one of Obama's first priorities today.  He is meeting with Governor Rod Blagojevich this afternoon [November 5th] in Chicago, to discuss it."  Now, this is two separate sources, one of them Barack's own spokesman or campaign guru, David Axelrod

Lowering of Expectations Continue:

Agenda disappears from Obama Web site...

A New Office!  ObamaNation or eager ego?
This is not the first time Obama has created controversy with a podium. Back in June, he spoke at a podium bearing a new seal that altered the official Presidential Seal.

Stock up on ammo boys.  We'll need to be defending ourselves against the attacks of tyranny soon enough.

"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all forms of positive government."
-Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Paper No. 28.

"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

ACORN Registrations May Swing Minnesota Tally
Is there EVER a time when a losing liberal, after demanding a recount, doesn't win after the recount?  With the exception of Bush/Gore in FLA,  recounts ALWAYS seem to go the liberals way!  One year, WA kept recounting until they got the result they wanted! You'd think that they would lose to the winner at least 50% of the time!  Maybe THAT's why lib's were so pissed that Al Gore lost in FLA.  They know that they were supposed to win every recount and when that didn't happen, they lost their minds.

RIP Free Market Rupublican Democracy, It's an ObamaNation Now

Now, It's Obama's Fault!!

Everything bad that happens to our nation is no longer Bush's fault. It's all on Obama. As long as Pres Bush never inherited anything negative from Clinton, then Obama can't inherit anything negative from Bush. It's all Obama's fault from here on out.

Anyone notice that the last time the youth turnout at the polls was so high, Carter won? Wow! That should tell us how poor youth's decision making abilities are. Carter sucked as bad (almost) as Obama does.

ObamaNation Takes One Step Closer to THE Obamination

His Lordship Caesar Obama prepares
to ascend to the throne where he will bless us tonight from Temple Obama.
Glaciers will refreeze, sea-levels will receed, temperatures will fall, economies will blossom, peace will break out magically around the world, disease will be no more. O' Bama, we praise thee.
Nest stop, the jewish temple in Jerusalem. Bling bling, pomp, circumstance, smoke, mirrors, rhetoric without substance or record. The illogical swooning only furthers my suspicion of who his father really is.

ObamaNation!!!

Does anyone really care about Obama's record? Probably not. But here's some of his work in Chicago anyway:

Grim proving ground for Obama's housing policy
same old politicain stuff from someone who claims to be different and offer change. If he runs the country like he ran this housing project, pray for mercy.

It's just so cool to support him, isn't it?

SECOND AMENDMENT LIVES...barely

With four justices dissenting to keep the amendment, the SECOND AMENDMENT LIVES
Liberals might think that conservatives are happy, but put it this way: It just barely survived. Think of what would happen should there be an ObamaNation! The White House, Capitol Hill AND the Supreme Court would all be liberal and we would surely lose our freedoms and quickly. Who can really say they've lost a life of privacy under Bush? That is nothing compared to what we're in for should McCain lose. This case, as far as the liberals were concerned on the court, the four liberal justices -- Ginsburg, Souter, Breyer, Stevens -- wasn't about the DC ban. This case wasn't about Mr. Heller. When you look at some of Breyer's dissent and when you read some of what John Paul Stevens wrote in his dissent, what you learn is that the liberals on this court sought to amend the Constitution. They weren't pronouncing the constitutionality of a law. They looked at this as an opportunity to literally amend the Constitution from the bench, which is not permitted by the US Constitution. The Supreme Court has taken on the role, Marbury vs. Madison, of determining whether or not laws passed by Congress are constitutional. But to sit there and to take the occasion of this case -- DC vs. Heller, Heller vs. DC -- and use it as an opportunity to declare the Second Amendment, i.e., part of the Constitution as unconstitutional! Folks, if that doesn't tell you what their intentions are down the road, I can't think of anything else that I could use as an illustration to do it better. Obama flip-flopped on this issue too (by the way). John Paul Stevens in his dissent on the DC gun ban bill today wrote that the majority, meaning Scalia and the gang, "would have us believe that over 200 years ago, the framers made a choice to limit the tools available to elected officials wishing to regulate civilian uses of weapons." You mean like the limits they put on government Search and Seizure? Will that be the next amendment to try to eliminate? Folks, that is scary. The Bill of Rights limited government, for crying out loud.
Justice Scalia wrote the majority opinion.

ObamaNation

Last week, General Petraeus was back on Capitol Hill to testify before Congress.
Senator Barack Obama was there too, but not for long.
He stayed in the committee meeting long enough to ask one question, before ducking out to head back to the campaign trail.
This wouldn't normally be a big deal, except ...Senator Obama has never sat down, one-on-one, with General Petraeus.
Even worse, he hasn't visited Iraq, and our brave troops on the ground, in over two years.
And on April 8, when one-dozen Illinois veterans went to his office for a meeting, Senator Obama was unwilling to meet with them.
He was in his office, just wouldn't come out.

Priest and Obama Ally Mocks Clinton's Tears from Obama's Church's Pulpit.
This guy that Trinity United Church of Christ gave the pulpit to is so offensive that everyone needs to REALLY examine Obama's candidacy. The gleeful and approving reaction that the parisioners had tells it all. That Obama could associate with this ilk for twenty years only proves the man is disingenuous.
