Oakland Teens Dissed by Stimulus

Teens working for Oakland Green Civic Program at Laney College under Obama's stimulus program haven't got paid yet and it's been, what?, six weeks. Everyone is pointing the finger at everyone else including the woman who heads it up, former Oakland Mayor Elihu Harris's wife, Shela Wells. This isn't the first time the Harris' team have been connected to the Peralta Foundation and Laney College. CBS5
