On his first day in office, January 21, 2009, Obama signed Executive Order 13489. This order was entered into the Federal Register on January 26, 2009.
What this executive order says, is that only the Attorney General (Eric Holder) and Council to the President, (Gregory Craig) are able to review presidential records requests and determine if they can be made public or not. (See Section 3)
In other words, you aren't going to see any records or documents that Obama doesn't want you to see.
It shouldn't surprise anyone that Obama's first official act was to deny access to his records. Obama has lived for 48 years without leaving any footprints -- none! There is no Obama documentation -- no bona fides -- no paper trail -- nothing.

Parents fight homosexual indoctrination of kindergarteners

A California school district seems intent on teaching pre-school children to accept the homosexual lifestyle.
The Alameda Unified School District announced it was considering a supplemental curriculum to eradicate "homophobia" in kindergarten children. Brad Dacus, founder of the Pacific Justice Institute (PJI), said the meeting room for the public session earlier this week was overcrowded with angry parents.
"Nowhere at anytime did it give any protection for children being bullied because of their faith, their religion, their size, their race, ethnicity," he points out. "It is only going to give this special anti-bullying protection for homosexuals and transsexuals."
Dacus said an attorney from PJI spoke before the board meeting. "And [the attorney] made it very clear that this is an abridgement and an affront to the neutral role that school districts are supposed to play in respecting the rights of parents and not to engage in such overt and open indoctrination and mandatory acceptance of such controversial, immoral lifestyles," he concludes.
Parents cannot opt out their children from the curriculum. Dacus says it is important to remember that the children are kindergarten age, and many cannot even write their names -- yet they are being taught that homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle.

This is a president, mind you, who promised to "listen" to the people and not dictate to them. Either he needs a hearing aid or he's just making stuff up as he goes along.

Unfortunately, severe cold (to minus 40 Celsius) took out "both a radar device meant to measure the ice thickness and a satellite communications unit to relay the data.". Meanwhile, an airplane equipped with modern technology flew over them and discovered arctic ice was "thicker" than expected.Electric cars were studied by a German branch of the World Wildlife Foundation . "What surprised us was that the carbon dioxide savings were so small." In the best-case scenario, the savings would be 0.1 percent. In the worst-case scenario, electric cars would be 25% worse than gasoline-powered.Hybrids cars get better gas mileage than regular cars, especially SUVs, I'm told. However, fuel to make the car go is not the only use of energy in cars. It takes energy to make a car in the first place, for example. When the "dust to dust" energy use is calculated on a "total energy cost per mile driven" basis, the picture is the opposite of that promoted. "While the industry average of all vehicles sold in the U.S. in 2005 was $2.28 per mile, the Hummer H3 was only $1.949 per mile. After that, President Lyndon Baines Johnson declared War on Poverty. And indeed, the poverty rate continued to decline, reaching 12.8% by 1968. But despite the War on Poverty continuing throughout, the poverty rate sort of stalled in the 12-15% range. It would climb back above 12.8% by 1980, and stay there through 1997, when President Clinton ended Welfare. In 2006 it was 12.3%, below where it was when Welfare ended and about where it was in 1968.From 1900 to 1965, life expectancy for men in the US rose from 46 to 67 years. If you know of any CC permit-holder convicted of murder, or of any gun related felony, please let me know, because I think the number of such persons is zero.I know what some of you are thinking: the statistical evidence that Concealed Carry reduced the homicide rate is too thin. The Center for Disease Control would agree with you. The CDC did a study and found that CC had no effect on violent outcomes, either way. But if you insist on believing the CDC on that, then you should believe the CDC's conclusion on all gun control laws: "The Task Force found insufficient evidence to determine the effectiveness of any of the firearms laws or combinations of laws reviewed on violent outcomes." Do you know how much it hurt the CDC to say that?.........there is some trace evidence that not all liberals live in fantasyland. There is a group calledBeyond Good Intentions, for example, that recognizes that most international aid is not only ineffective, but also counterproductive. The MIT Poverty Action Lab appears to be usingevidence to guide global anti-poverty policy.

As GE Stocks continue to hover at historic lows, GE announced that it is launching a new medical development program called ‘Healthymagination’ at a cost of about 6 billion dollars. One of the main objectives of the program is to assist the Obama Administration’s goal of digitizing everyone’s medical records for instant access.
In their announcement, GE said it will draw upon its divisions to include GE Capitol and NBC Universal, both of which are losing entities in the GE brand name.
Now in order to counteract these losses GE has received money and guarantees from the government :
GE Chairman and CEO of General Electric, Jeffry Immelt, not only secured FDIC debt coverage on up to $139.0 billion in bonds outstanding as of Sept. 30, that mature by June 30, GE also tapped the Federal Reserves commercial paper funding facility for almost $5.0 billion in late October. GE became a bank holding company in order to qualify for TARP funds. Shares of GE Stock fell about 4.5% for the week ending 8 May 09.
Tom Daschel, the Health and Human Services nominee who withdrew because of tax trouble, is serving on the GE Healthymagination advisory board. As you may recall, this was Barack Obama’s first choice for the HHS post. So where is the conflict of interest alarms? Why was Vice President Cheney run up and down flag poles for being on the board of Halliburton prior to becoming VP? Where are the alarmists who screamed bloody murder about President Bush and Exxon? Tom Daschle has Mr Obama’s ear, and this venture represents a huge steak in his health care initiative. It once again proves beyond a reasonable doubt that transparency among administration officials is as clear as
GE Capitol in 2008 experienced 7.2 billion in credit losses alone. Combine that with the unprofitable entities of NBC (MSNBC, and CNBC) and you begin to get the picture that GE is not very healthy under Mr. Immelt. In what was once a healthy company with share prices hovering around $50.00, the company now stands to lose its credit rating of AAA and Investment rating from stable to risky.
NBC Studios, MSNBC, CNBC, are currently all rating losers. So why does GE not shed the fat? Because they stood in line behind the Obama Campaign, and thus are not being treated like Chrysler and GM? No change at the top for GE (which in Chrysler’s Case, was for pure political expediency) and no forfeiture of unprofitable divisions? As it stands, NBC Studios will develop, produce and air, segments related to this initiative and MSNBC will air a new health related program for Healthymagination. Why are there no salary cap instructions for NBC talking heads like Brockaw, Matthews, or Olbermann? Oh, yeah, they were the only ones who got tingly feelings up and down their legs at the mere mention of Mr Obama.
But again the question is, where does all this money come from, and can GE, who has lost share value and siphoning money to GE Capital, afford 6 Billion dollars? We have to wonder about the potential huge ethical questions here as Barack Obama owes NBC for all of their unwaivering support, and GE’s push into Mr Obamas healthcare initiatives. How much of the bill is the taxpayer going to be responsible for?(more on this)
