Speaking of credits: Aren't these things just a bribe for rich people to buy there way out of conservation? Where does the money go? Presumably to organizations which can then figure out ways to add further energy restrictions onto poor people (who can't afford to buy credits).

Talk about the rich getting richer!!!! A liberals nightmare devised by liberals and promoted by liberals. The scenario drawn out to it's logical conclusion reads like a classic science fiction novel.
