FORMER TOP BUSH OFFICIAL SAYS RELEASE OF MEMOS DOES 'GRAVE DAMAGE TO NATIONAL SECURITY ... WE HAVE LAID IT ALL OUT FOR OUR ENEMIES'

“It's damaging because these are techniques that work, and by Obama's action today, we are telling the terrorists what they are,” the official said. “We have laid it all out for our enemies. This is totally unnecessary. … Publicizing the techniques does grave damage to our national security by ensuring they can never be used again — even in a ticking-time- bomb scenario where thousands or even millions of American lives are at stake."

More Shame for Obama:   Georgetown Says It Covered Over Name of Jesus to Comply With White House Request

MSNBC, CNN Use Tea Parties as Platform for Sex Jokes...

Congresswoman calls tea parties 'despicable' and 'shameful'...

By now you've probably heard of the shameful actions by Susan Roesgen, the CNN reporter who harrassed attendees at yesterday's Chicago Tea Party.   Instead of reporting on the Tea Party, Roesgen picked people out of the crowd to confront and argue with, before signing off her report by labeling the tea party movement as "anti-CNN" and "not family viewing."

Susan Roesgen's email was but CNN shut that down.  I suggest now sending your emails first to CNN Executive Vice President Ken Jautz at: ken.jautz@cnn.com

Additionally, please let Susan's boss know how unacceptable it is for a journalist to become a left-wing activist in trying to defame and denounce a legitimate and honest political movement by Americans who are being robbed blind by our government and spent into a debt from which will be unimaginably difficult to ever pay off.

So please also write to Philip Kent, the Chairman & CEO of CNN: phil.kent@turner.com

Please note at an anti-Bush rally following Hurricane Katrina, Roesgen gleefully reported that a costumed protestor mocking Bush as Hitler was a "Bush look alike" and yet yesterday sought to engage in a verbal sparring match with a protestor who declared Obama's recent actions have been fascist -- in ways similar to Hitler.

You don't have to agree with that protestor's view to see that Susan Roesgen's bias is so blatant it makes a mockery of CNN's motto: "The Most Trusted Name in News."

Twenty seconds were given to today's Tea Party on the local news.
I guarantee if it had been a dozen women dressed in pink they would have spent two minutes on it.

A quick glance at news reports and blogs concerning the Tea Parties, shows, on the surface a quick dismissal of its' relevance, but upon further review, reveals a real fear of backlash and surprise that liberals aren't the vast majority they think they are.

UPDATE: Napolitano stands by right-wing 'extremism' warning...
Includes returning veterans!
These so called "threat assessments" have always been here; in large numbers. These are average people that the Fed is trying to paint as some new and increasingly dangerous extreme fringe. These people were centrists 30 years ago. Obama moves in and he wants to eliminate his opposition totally. "Reactionists" beware your views are being vindicated rapidly.

At Sacramento's Tea Party today,
Air Force reservist Sgt. Kevin Steele who returned from his second tour in Iraq two weeks ago said, "I think this is just wonderful to see," he said. "I'm disappointed to see how much things have deteriorated since I left."

Asked for his thoughts on the Department of Homeland Security report warning against the possibility of violence by unnamed "right-wing extremists" and specifically singling out returning war veterans as particular threats, Steele said he was baffled and felt a deep sense of betrayal.

"I couldn't believe it," he said. "I'm the guy they're watching now? Give me a break!"

He continued, "You can send me over there and put a weapon in my hands, and now you worry about me? It's disappointing and disheartening."

Thousands of Anti-Tax 'Tea Party' Protesters Turn Out in U.S. Cities

In Sac, CA: "In the 27 years since I came to this building, I have never seen a protest this large," McClintock said. "The silent majority is no longer silent."

California Highway Patrol officers, sheriffs and horse-mounted city police surrounded the event on all sides. There were no noticeable arrests or acts of violence at the tea party.

First Step to One Party System:

Homeland Security warns of 'right-wing radicals'; 9-page report sent to police...
A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority. "It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration," the warning says.

It's a shocking document, folks.  The report warns of "rightwing extremism" andWashington Times reveals that the report defines such extremism as, "groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority" and "groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration."

Barack Obama's administration is basically telling law enforcement that the potential enemy to this country and law-and-order are individuals who are pro-life, want the U.S. border secured, and believe in state's rights.  And it gets even worse:  the DHS report says military men and women returning from Iraqand Afghanistan should be perceived to be a potential threat.  How dare Obama and his administration attempt to tarnish the noble, honorable and selfless service of our brave troops!

It's all part of Obama's efforts to silence and marginalize conservatives so he can push his radical far-Left agenda through, unfettered.

NKorea celebrates launch, makes new threat...

North Korea warned the U.N. Security Council on Tuesday it would take "strong steps" if the 15-nation body took any action in response to the launch. On Wednesday, the Communist-ruled country gathered its top party and military officials for a celebration of the launch broadcast on its state TV and monitored in Seoul.

The reclusive state has threatened to boycott six-nation nuclear disarmament talks and restart a plant that makes bomb-grade plutonium. It also warned on Wednesday of military action if anyone tried to retrieve debris from the rocket. (more)

Obama Maintains Control Over Banks By Refusing To Accept Repayment Of TARP Money...

FBI says Supreme Court Website Hacked!!!!

Atty. Orly Taitz is one of several lawyers who have brought emergency motions to the U.S. Supreme Court over eligibility of Barack Obama to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the office be occupied only by a "natural born" citizen, only to have them dropped without a hearing.

While her effort was pending at the court, its references suddenly were scrubbed from the public website just two days before a conference among justices on the case was to be heard.

She filed a complaint with the FBI, which promised a review, but the investigative agency noted that in that situation, technically the Supreme Court was the "victim" of having its website hacked, and officials there would need to cooperate for the effort to move forward.

In today's Tonya Harding Moment, just a week after complaining about Brit Hume's admission that he often used Media Research Center material when prepping for "Special Report" broadcasts, MSNBC's Keith Olbermann actually promoted an anti-Bill O'Reilly campaign started by the George Soros-funded ultra-liberal group ThinkProgress.

On the March 27 broadcast "Countdown," Olbermann confirms that Michele Bachmann Derangement Syndrome is alive and well at MSNBC. Dedicating the top of his show to Bachmann, Olbermann accuses the Minnesota congresswoman of breaking "several serious laws," for suggesting the American people should rise up against some of the liberal nonsense going on in Washington, D.C.

"The identity of the speaker is unmistakable, but this is not your standard red meat from Michele Bachmann, she may have broken several serious laws," Olbermann said.

Judicial Nominee Says Prayers to Allah Okay, But Not to Jesus

March 26, 2009 – True to his campaign promises, President Barack Hussein Obama has picked a rabid judicial activist as his first federal court pick. Judge David Hamilton has been chosen by Obama to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

Hamilton is precisely what Obama wants in a judge: Someone who ignores the Constitution and imposes his own liberal ideas on each case. Hamilton will have what Obama calls “empathy” for the poor, child molesters, abortionists, murderers, etc.

Hamilton has ideal liberal credentials. He is a former ACLU lawyer and was a fundraiser for the corrupt group known as ACORN. This organization engages in fraudulent voter registration campaigns and is deeply involved in housing and poverty issues. Obama was an attorney for ACORN when he worked as a “community organizer” in Chicago. ACORN will be gathering data for the 2010 Census.

This lawyer is so radical that the liberal ABA rated him as “not qualified” when Bill Clinton nominated him for a district court post in 1994.

As a judge, Hamilton was a friend of abortionists, criminals, drug pushers and child sex offenders. He made is easier for child sex offenders to move around Indiana by invalidating a law designed to protect children. He helps criminals by suppressing evidence and warrants. He has ruled against waiting periods for those women seeking abortions.

Hamilton is also an enemy of the First Amendment and religious freedom. Interestingly enough, Hamilton has ruled that prayers in Jesus Name at the Indiana House of Representatives was unconstitutional, but prayers to Allah were not.

The Senate Judiciary Committee should soundly reject him as an out-of-control radical who has no respect for the Constitution or the rule of law. With a liberal majority on this committee, however, it is likely that Hamilton will be easily approved and his nomination will then go to the full Senate for confirmation. With a liberal majority in the Senate, his confirmation is virtually assured.

Hamilton’s confirmation will be one more nail in the coffin of freedom in America – and Obama will have been the hammer.

Kroft to Obama: Are you punch-drunk?

Orlando 'Tea Party' rally draws thousands...

TARP funds being recycled into campaign contributions

There was plenty of outrage on Capitol Hill last week over the executive bonuses paid out by AIG after getting federal bailout money. But another money trail could make voters just as angry: the campaign dollars to members of Congress from banks and firms that have received billions via the Troubled Asset Relief Program.

While a few big firms, such as Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase, have curtailed their campaign giving, others are quietly doling out cash to select members of Congress, particularly those who serve on committees that oversee TARP. In recent filings with the Federal Election Commission, the political action committee for Bank of America (which got $15 billion in bailout money) sent out $24,500 in the first two months of 2009, including $1,500 to House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer and another $15,000 to members of the House and Senate banking panels. Citigroup ($25 billion) dished out $29,620, including $2,500 to House GOPWhip Eric Cantor, who also got $10,000 from UBS which, while not a TARP recipient, got $5 billion in bailout funds as an AIG "counterparty." "This certainly appears to be a case of TARP funds being recycled into campaign contributions," says Brett Kappell, a D.C. lawyer who tracks donations. (A spokesman for Cantor did not respond to requests for comment. A spokeswoman for Hoyer said it's his "policy to accept legal contributions.")

The cash flow is already causing angst inside the Beltway. "The last thing I want to do is wake up one morning and see our PAC check being burned on C-Span," said one bank lobbyist, who asked not to be identified because of the issue's sensitivity. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Financial Services chair Rep. Barney Frank both said recently they won't take donations from TARP recipients. But House Democratic fundraisers have quietly passed the word that the party's campaign committee will resume accepting them—but down the road, not right now. Said one fundraiser, who also requested anonymity, "These are treacherous waters."

Drawing parallels to the experience of his slave ancestors, Alan Keyes says "the Obama faction now means to impose upon all our health care workers" the moral degradation that is the worst aspect of slavery. "Today they move to make all health care workers slaves in conscience to the state. Soon and very soon, this shall be the fate of us all."

The Plight of the Modern Republican Party

"In slavery times some masters' prized possession was a dark skinned overseer whose appearance lent some color of legitimacy to the brutal reality of enslavement. Their greatest nightmare was one who rose to be a rallying point against this clever deception. Against this nightmare, the most clever and enslaving deception of all was the preacher who appealed to the longing for freedom in order to enmesh the enslaved in a soulish disposition that sings hymns to freedom in the land of bye and bye, but does nothing here and now to assert or pursue that freedom. Such was the caricature of Christianity often encouraged amongst their "chattel" by skillful slaveholders. Such sadly is the role the Republican Party now plays in the drama that depicts the fate of America's liberty."-Alan Keyes

Daschle Gone! Tax problems torpedo two big nominations...

CBS Pundit Defends Daschle But Slammed Tom Delay
What's it been?  Two Weeks?  Three nominees gone with eethics problems in the most transparent and ethical administration EVER!
There's no way George W. Bush would ever have gotten this level of sympathy from an Associated Press writer.
I suspect that if George Bush had something like this, and had said "We were just tired of being in the White House," it would have been interpreted as a sign that he couldn't handle his job.
