FBI says Supreme Court Website Hacked!!!!
Atty. Orly Taitz is one of several lawyers who have brought emergency motions to the U.S. Supreme Court over eligibility of Barack Obama to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the office be occupied only by a "natural born" citizen, only to have them dropped without a hearing. While her effort was pending at the court, its references suddenly were scrubbed from the public website just two days before a conference among justices on the case was to be heard. She filed a complaint with the FBI, which promised a review, but the investigative agency noted that in that situation, technically the Supreme Court was the "victim" of having its website hacked, and officials there would need to cooperate for the effort to move forward.

Genetically modified human embryo stirs criticism...
Like many slippery slopes in the past (mostly sexual), believers that time magically grants newer license to be immoral said, "That will never happen" when opponents to genetic manipulation objected to the use of newer technologies. Well, at least these scientists admit it's for the purpose of stem-cell research (as if that justifies it).

Other investors in this fund include the California State Teachers Retirement System. virtually insuring that California children (for the financial gain of their own teachers' pensions) will be taught that our environment is dying and must be saved-true or not. If it is found out that the enviromental condition isn't as bad as first thought or that it is getting better, do you think these people will let that become public knowledge? No way.

"Carbon-free fairies do not magically drop windmills onto moutaintops," said Jack Spencer of the Heritage Foundation in an October 29, 2007 commentary. "For example, 2 million tons of concrete, about double what a nuclear plant requires, must be produced and delivered to anchor enough windmills to match one nuclear plant's energy production. Just producing this concrete emits the CO2 equivalent of flying a Boeing 747 from New York to London 450 times."
