In '03 the orginal amount passed for President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief was $15 Billion, in July of this year, President Bush has pushed for double that, to $30 Billion.

Maybe if the media would have talked moare about this, other nations would be inspired to follow suit.  But most left-wing loons don't even know about this, let alone talk about it.
