ECONOMY SLOWS TO NEAR CRAWL...
Bush: USA Is Not Headed Into Recession...
Since the definition of a recession is two consecutive quarters of negative growth, and a crawl is positive growth (albeit slow). Bush is correct. It's NOT the economy stupid! It's the war!
